Jeanne Joe Perrone (Emma)

Jeanne Joe Perrone is a California girl by birth, a New Yorker by choice. She will complete her MFA at the Actors Studio Drama School in May 2010. Favorite stage work includes: The Seagull (Nina), The Lieutenant of Inishmore (Mairead), My Fair Lady (Eliza), You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy), The Interrogation (Woman), and Orpheus Descending (Carol). Ben Levin (Ben)

New York born and bred, Ben Levin is a rising star in the film, television, and theatre industry. For someone so young, Mr. Levin has racked up an impressive line of credits including roles in feature films, The Emperor's Club, Mo, and the upcoming, 30 Beats. Most recently, he guest starred on the television show, Ugly Betty, and he can be currently seen as the duplicitous Gabe on the daytime television show, As The World Turns. Mr. Levin is a graduate of New York University and of the Meisner Studio.

Matthew Morgenthaler - Director/Producer

Matthew Morgenthaler is from the San Francisco Bay Area and is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts for Film & Television Production. His previous short film, Love Lessons for Miles, has been playing at film festivals across the country for the last year. He has worked on several feature films, animated feature films, and television shows including the upcoming Rabbit Hole, Horton Hears a Who! and Entourage. His next project is trying to get the feature-length version of Love Me Tender off the ground.


Brian McAuley - Writer

An alum of NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Studies, Brian McAuley is currently a Columbia University man working towards his MFA in Screenwriting. No stranger to the writing and the production side of the entertainment industry, he has previously worked at CNN, the New York Film Academy, Media4Humanity, and most recently led a creative development team at Solar Film and Video Productions. But perhaps his most rewarding job experience thus far has been co-leading a support group for mental health patients at New York's Bellevue Hospital that uses screenwriting as therapy.


Antonio Cisneros - Director of Photography

A freelance cinematographer and an alum of New York University’s film program, Antonio Cisneros has collaborated with Mr. Morgenthaler before as the DP on Love Lessons for Miles. Antonio’s documentary, As Water Recedes, has won several awards including a NYU Wassmerman Award and special recognition from the Latino Producers Academy and the Director’s Guild of America. He has also been recognized by the Texas Commission of the Arts for his video and photography work. Visit him online at


Dan Ashby - Composer

Dan Ashby is a musical composer and performer based in Provo, Utah, and served as music supervisor on Love Lessons for Miles. Dan has had the opportunity to write music for successful musicians including Table for One, Roxanne Robison, Justin Wyatt, and his new band, Like Colors. In 2006, his song “Not the One” was featured as one of the top twelve Utah artist songs of the year.
